My name is Chen Zhutian(陈竹天), currently an Ph.D. student at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I’m a member of HKUST VisLab, supervised by Prof. Qu Huamin. I used to be an undergraduate student at South China University of Technology, advised by Prof.Yi Cai.
From January to April 2015, I worked as a research assistant at the CAD & CG Lab at the Zhejiang University, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Yingcai Wu. Before that I worked as a research intern in Internet Graphics Group, Microsoft Research Asia, from June 2014 to January 2015. And this is the beginning of my experience of visualization in which I’m quite interested.
My research interests include Visual Analytics, Augmented Reality, and Information Visualization.
